One of the sites you can visit will give you side quests and strong-arm missions, mostly breaking things. But you are far from limited in thing to do from Vinny's calls. Anytime there is story progression, you'll get a call from Vinny, Instructing you what to do next. With great input, and a rather attentive AI the game is challenging in a very fun way.
